A licensed real estate broker and a real estate attorney, Carol has experienced virtually every aspect of a real estate deal, either on the creation side, or on the litigation side.
As a result, she has the rare ability to see transactions from multiple angles. She looks at more than property: she also looks at decision-making.
Her areas of expertise include: Residential real estate, tenant in common investment ownership, commercial leasing and sales. As an owner has brought, sold, leased, exchanged commercial and residential income properties.
Her philosophy: "Understanding the bigger picture of a real estate transaction — and then
executing on the details — can make or break a transaction."
Education: Completed her undergraduate work at the University of California, Irvine. Received her law degree from Loyola Law School. Before entering law school, Carol earned her Real Estate and Series 22 Securities licenses.
Memberships: American, California and Los Angeles Bar Associations, South Bay Association of Realtors, CAR and NAR. Active member of Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce, including Chairman of the Board for 2005-20006. Currently serving on the Manhattan Beach Strategic Facilities Committee.
Recognition: 2003 Soroptomist "Woman Advancing the Status of Women" Award and the 2004 "Woman of the Year" Award from the Chamber Women in Business Committee. Publishes and lectures frequently.
