A licensed broker in both California and Arizona, Dave has been involved in the brokerage, investment and redevelopment business as a principal and as an agent since 1983. His current focus: The home and investment property resale market in the South Bay area.
 
Dave Salzman earned his real estate license at age 19. He's seen—and thrived in—every possible market condition.
 
His philosophy: "In real estate, property is the product, but people are the heart and soul of the business. I have relationships with clients that go back to the '70s, and I also have clients who are the children or grandchildren of my clients from the '70s. It's not about property; it's about trust, communication, and, very simply, treating customers the way you want to be treated."
 
His real estate career has embraced all sides of the business—refurbishing bank—owned properties, mortgage banking, buying-selling-renting his own properties, new construction, and residential and commercial sales and leasing.
 
Education: Graduated Magna Cum Laude in Business from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Real Estate.
