With 14 years of real estate paralegal work behind her, Maria brings a uncommon level of skill and attention to detail to every real estate transaction. She understands the vital importance of contracts; she is the one you can count on the sweat the small stuff.
Her philosophy: "Sometimes clients are embarrassed to ask questions. They think they should know all the answers. But selling and buying are by their very nature complex transactions. People should have lots of questions and feel free to ask."
Raised in Carson and a graduate of Carson High, Maria has a native's appreciation for the communities and the homes of the South Bay and Long Beach. She attended El Camino College, where she earned her Associate's degree as a Legal Assistant, and studied for her real estate license through the South Bay Board of Realtors. Maria is a member of the California and National Associations of Realtors, South Bay Association of Realtors and Pacific West Association of Realtors.
